Gift: Psionics, most notably telepathy, psychometry, clairvoyance, and very limited precognition. Her gift is apparently a rare mutation in the I-S race, despite the seemingly random mutations that arise in their society.

History: The I-S are noted for their widespread mutations, that seemingly appear randomly. Some have actual fins and tails, while others like Oneses, are more humanoid. Despite the prevalence of mutations, Oneses is rare in that she is the first and currently only I-S to develop psionic powers as a result of mutation. She is the leading authority on psi phenomena, and teaches at the School to help anyone else understand and use their powers.
Personality: I-S society is widely known as the least prejudiced society in the world; when children can look drasticly different than their parents, it's the only way to survive. As such, Oneses is a very kind and compassionate person, and holding a grudge is foreign to her. Her only regret is that she is away from her people and their spectacular underwater city. She spends as much time as possible at the School's pool. Her teaching techniques are... unusual, to say the least.

Personality: He enjoys teaching, since it lets him use his powers and take on groups of students at a time. He's strict on the school rules, and refuses to let anyone keep any of his bone weapons.

Appearance: He's short and somewhat overweight, but not overly unpleasant to look at. He's got the face that puts you on ease, but isn't something you remember a half an hour afterward unless he makes a point of making himself memorable. His mousy brown hair is touselled and out of place, and his face has begun to show his age with a few wrinkles, but he still manages to hold a childish air about himself.
Gift: He can charm people. Make them think he didn't do something, make them like him, etc.
Gift Source: I don't know. He's just an NPC, and I don't feel like explaining where he got it.
Personal Belongings: Lots of things. Mostly ill-gotten. Mostly, also, from the treasuries of bad folk.
History: Kyle's always been a gentleman thief, through and through. Roguish to the core, and over all fun to be around too. Early in life he discovered his ability to make anyone, under any circumstances, like him. This helped him to develop along the road of thievery that he did, what, with never having to face consequences. He still developed a few skills, however.
It was short time until his ability was discovered, along with his AMAZING misuse of it, and he was brought in to the school in order to teach him that stealing is wrong... unless it's necessary to save the world or something. He learned well under Mr. Saint (Reva's husband), and ended up making a name for himself as a spy who uncovered quite a few evil plots and helped stop a few villains before they could commit their evil acts. When Mr. Saint (He has no first name yet... and I don't want to name the husband of another person's NPC), Kyle came back to the school to replace him, out of respect for the man.
Personality: Always happy, always charming, always well-liked. Sometimes people wonder if he doesn't use his power unethically to make the students and other administrators like him. Some even wonder if he used it to get the job. Mostly they don't care, though. Everyone likes him and it would fit well into what he teaches, even if he did use his power to do such.

Personality: Depending on where you stand, he's either a complete asshole or the funniest guy around. Basically he likes to play pranks. He also likes to frame students so the other, less fun, teachers don't get pissed off at him and kick him out. He especially likes to blame students that have sparkling records, because he's a huge fan of irony. Otherwise he'll blame ones he knows will be ok with it. As a result of the second bit (and his bad luck with people), Kiros gets a lot of flack for things he does. If MLA is ok with it, his character will get flack from the first bit.
Teaches: Defensive/Space Time Magic, he also sits in with Mr. Turner for street magic sometimes, just for fun. And, if it's ok with SS, with Bearn and his sword fighting, but that's pretty rare. (Note, he's a couple century experienced rapier fighter, he's probably not QUITE as good as Bearn, but he could still whip any students, even prodigies, and because of his style make it look easier than Bearn does).
Other Job: Ironically enough, he got himself a position on the school disciplinary committee, mostly so he could get them to go easy on people he got in trouble.

Personal Belongings: Whatver you think an extremely horny, bisexual, and wealthy young woman would have. She also carries a no-dachi called "Yamato" - this is the only thing her parents left her before they lost contact with her.
History: Madoka's father, Geryon, was the son of a god of time. Her mother, Nevan, was an erinyes swordswoman. They fell in love and had a child. In an attempt to keep their daughter from being caught up in celestial politics (including the multiple assassins dispatched to slay such a union of heaven and hell), they fostered her out to a random Japanese family. As Madoka grew up, she discovered that she could manipulate the passage of time for short periods, allowing her to prolong a moment or reduce it to near nothingness.
She began using her gift to cause minor havoc in her neighborhood, until her parents' enemies found her from the disturbances she had been causing. it was only with the aid of the school's agents that she managed to escape with her life. They took her in, hoping that they were not too late to train her.
She decided to stay on as an instructor after finishing her education, partially because she owes the school a debt of gratitude, but mainly because she gets turned on by bedding young people, as well as supernaturally gifted people. She is lying when she told Alex that "she's the only one who will do this for her" - however, she is very good at what she does.
Personality: She projects the image of a brazen young woman who dares anything. She'll bed anything cute with two legs, yet is possessed of enough discretion to keep herself out of trouble. Her one concession to humanity is an excessive fondness for chocolates.
Job: Combat instructor and lecturer on the subjects of temporal manipulation. She also serves as an adjudicator for certain contests and duels, where her ability to see everything through a slow-motion lens is valued.
